You will work with a Behavioral Analyst one-on-one. You will learn how to change your lifestyle to lose weight. Specifically, you may learn how to:

  • Track your eating
  • Change your environment to avoid overeating
  • Increase your activity level
  • Create an exercise plan
  • Set realistic goals

By making these changes, you may be able to lose a lot of weight. You are also likely to keep the pounds off.
